We want you to be totally confident about every order you place, so we have a no hassle returns policy to put your mind at ease.

Our Returns Policy, in a nutshell

  • You can return anything for any reason, even if you just don't like it.
  • You've got 14 days from the date it was dispatched to make the return.
  • Returns are free, you just need to cover the return postage.
  • You will get a full refund, as long as the item(s) are in their original condition and packaging.

Returns are a direct cost to the Labels that sell in the Marketplace so we make every effort to reduce the number of them, by ensuring you get what you're after first time round. More detail of the policy and process for a return is below.

Making A Return

In order to take advantage of your rights under this policy, you must contact us to obtain a return authorisation form & number and return address.

Then send the product to the nominated label address with a covering note quoting that number.

Products returned under this policy must be sent by Australia Post ‘trackable’ delivery to the address provided to you above.

  • You will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with returns under this policy.

  • You are also advised to take note of your tracking number.


The following kinds of products may not be returned under this policy:

  • any product made to your specification;

  • any product made to order;

  • any product personalised or adapted for you;

  • gift vouchers;


We will give you a refund for the price you paid to us in respect of any product properly returned by you in accordance with this policy. We will not refund to you the original delivery charges relating to the returned product. We will not refund to you any costs you incur in returning the product to the Label. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days following the day we receive your returned product.

Improper Returns

If you return a product in contravention of this policy, and you do not have any other legal right to a refund or exchange in respect of that product:

a. we will not refund the purchase price or exchange the product;

b. we may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product; and

c. if we do not receive payment of such additional amount within 14 days of issuing a request for payment, we may destroy or otherwise dispose of the returned product in our sole discretion without any liability to you.
